Terms of Use — TriFase

These Terms of Use govern the use of the TriFase app ("app"), developed and made available under the CodaCore brand. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What TriFase is

TriFase is a tool that helps distribute electrical loads evenly across phases R, S, and T, letting you save the result as a named "board" for later reference.

Signing in is optional. Without signing in, boards are saved only on your device. With sign-in, boards are also synced to the cloud and available on other devices connected to the same account.

3. Sign-up and account

If you choose to sign in with an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately through the contact channel below if you notice unauthorized use.

4. Your content

The boards you create (names, descriptions, phases, load values) are yours. We use this content only to provide the service to you — displaying it, storing it locally, and, if you're signed in, syncing it to the cloud for backup across devices. We don't access, share, or use the content of your boards for any other purpose.

5. "Ad-Free" subscription

TriFase offers an optional annual subscription, "Ad-Free," which removes ads from the app.

• Billing and renewal: the subscription is processed by the app store (Google Play or the App Store, depending on your device) and renews automatically at the end of each 12-month period, at the price shown on the purchase screen at the time, until canceled.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time directly in your app store's subscription settings (Google Play or the App Store) — ad-free access stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Canceling doesn't produce a prorated refund for the current period.
• Refunds: refund requests follow the policies of the store where the purchase was made (Google Play or the App Store), since payment is processed by them, not by us.
• Restoring a purchase: if you switch devices or reinstall the app, use "Restore purchases" in Settings to recover an active subscription without a new charge.
• Trial period: new accounts get a free ad-free period the first time they sign in. The trial doesn't require a payment method and doesn't automatically convert into a paid subscription — billing only happens if you actively choose to subscribe.

6. Advertising

Outside the trial period or the "Ad-Free" subscription, the app shows ads provided by advertising partners (Google AdMob). See our Privacy Policy to learn how data used to show ads is handled.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

TriFase is provided "as is," as a tool to assist with load-distribution calculations. The results shown are informational and depend entirely on the values you enter. The app does not replace the technical assessment of a qualified professional (an electrician or electrical engineer) before carrying out any real electrical installation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from using the app's calculations or results in real electrical installations. Using this information in actual projects is the user's sole responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its brand, icon, design, and code are owned by (or licensed to) CodaCore and protected by law. These terms grant you no rights over the brand or the software beyond what is needed for personal use of the app.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see our account and data deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access to an account for use that violates these terms or applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, including consumer-protection law where it applies. Disputes are resolved under the venue rules set by that applicable law.
